1. Seller

OBSOLETE (obsolete-arena.com) is operated by Philippe Maurice Louis Gluck, a sole trader registered in Portugal (NIF PT 302015884), Rua Triângulo Vermelho, 24, 1170-375 Lisboa, Portugal. Contact: hello@obsolete-arena.com. See the Legal Notice for full seller details.

2. Products

OBSOLETE sells apparel (t-shirts) printed on demand via Printful. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour/print placement may occur due to the print-on-demand process.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Standard Portuguese VAT (23%, mainland rate) applies unless a different rate is triggered by the customer's location under EU distance-selling rules.

Shipping costs and any applicable customs/import considerations are shown to the customer before checkout begins, not just at the final payment step.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. OBSOLETE does not store card details.

5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and routed automatically to the production facility nearest the delivery address, within Printful's international network. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email hello@obsolete-arena.com with your order number, either using the Withdrawal Form below or a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Returning the item: send the item back within 14 days of telling us you're withdrawing. The item should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was mis-shipped (see Section 6b).

Refund: once we receive the returned item (or proof of shipment), we refund the full price paid, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days, using the original payment method.

6b. Defective or Mis-Printed Items

Separately from the withdrawal right above, if an item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact hello@obsolete-arena.com within 30 days of receipt with photos. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping if a return is needed.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Consumers can also refer disputes to CNIACC, Portugal's national consumer ADR entity. See the Legal Notice for details.

8. Complaints

You have the right to submit a complaint via the official Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
